Possibility because of frequently removing the battery without turning off the Blackberry first, or you just having a bad luck.
To fix this you will need :
1. Install Desktop Manager
2. Install OS Updater, example: 8800 version 4.5.0.69
(do not forget to delete the file Vendor.xml)
3. A glass of cappuccino and a cigarette if you're smoking.
Procedure:
1. Take a sip of your cappuccino, and breath. Don't be nervous.
2. Remove the battery
3. Run the Desktop Manager
4. Connect Blackberry to the PC via USB.
5. Click the Application Loader on Desktop Manager
6. Choose applications you want to install ... and then click Finish
7. Desktop Manager will make the process of "Erasing Applications" ...Just wait till it done.
8. Then in the "Connecting JVM" process ... take a moment before you reinstall the battery, drink your cappuccino.
9. After the battery installed, Desktop Manager will automatically continue the process.
10. Just wait till it finish ...
And then.... Taadaaa! your Blackberry back to normal again ...
Note : All data in your blackberry will erased, so make sure to create a back up sometime
